Flower Model Instructions 4. Fold the other pipe cleaner in half, then push the two ends through. 5. Put a bead on the “pistil”. Glue a pompom or bead to the top. 6. Glue a pompom to the top of each “stamen”. 7. Using white paper, glue small labeled squares with A-G on the parts of the flower. Draw the flower on p. 188 and label with both the letters on your model and the words in the book. This is your key to your model. Need: construction paper, pom-poms, pipe cleaners, glue, paper, beads Cut your construction paper in a circle. Fold and/or cut it to resemble petals. Using your pencil, poke a tiny hole in the center of the construction paper. 3. Push the green pipe cleaner through it.
