Being overweight – why is it bad? Heart disease Risk of strokes Diabetes May be more likely to get some cancers Don’t feel like doing anything

Being underweight – why is it bad? Health problems – like poor immune system Lack of energy – tired all the time Likely to have a poor diet so lack of vitamins
