Year 8 MFL Project June-July Half Term This term you will be studying TV and film. You need to find out about a French film. If possible this should be a film you have seen but it doesn’t have to be. You need to find out the following information about the film: What it is about. (The plot/story/events in the film) Who is in it. (The actors and the characters they play) Where is it set. (France/Germany/Lots of different places) What did other people think of the film. (Find a review; the links on the next slide might help you) What did you think of the film (if you have seen it)? What do you imagine the film would be like (if you haven’t seen it)? Include appropriate images in your review.

You need to do your own research to find a suitable film however these two websites are useful to find out about films and for film reviews: http://www.imdb.com – The Internet Movie Database http://www.rottentomatoes.com – Rotten Tomatoes (a review site) Remember to avoid copying and pasting large amounts of text and think carefully about your presentation and the information/images you are using The deadline for this homework is 8th July 2013 (Two weeks from the end of term) You should spend around 2 hours on this project. Have fun!
