Concepts History of the Saxophone Styles including jazz & classical (hear Branford Marsalis playing w/symphony orchestra accompaniment) Reed preparation

Parts Reed case (Jeff's holds 6 reeds and rotates 4 reeds at a time) Put reed in mouth while assembling the sax then when de-assembling after playing Instrument assembly Neckstrap w/hook (to secure the instrument so it doesn't fall to the ground) Rovner ligature recommended

Stock mouthpiece 2 ½ strength reed not only for beginners Align the tip of the reed with the tip of the mouthpiece Learn facing: wider face needs softer reed Experiment and ask professionals what they do/like Jeff recommends Selmer S90…
