What foods can you see here? Potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and other starchy carbohydrates We need to eat lots from this group. Do these foods come from plants or animals? Try to choose wholegrain breakfast cereals. What foods can you see here?

Beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other proteins We need to eat some foods from this group each day. What foods can you see?
