Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. These workouts are intended to be suggestions for movement only. Your instructor is only providing an opportunity for you to get stronger and healthier. Ultimately, participation in Narrow Road Fitness classes are on a voluntary basis. Surely everyone goes around like a mere phantom; Being Busy Psalm 39:6 Surely everyone goes around like a mere phantom; in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth without knowing whose it will finally be. It’s so common for us to be busy. Yet, Psalm 39:6 says “Surely everyone goes around like a me phantom – a shadow- in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth without know whose it will finally be.” You see, we can’t take our stuff with us when we leave this world. So today I ask you to look at your busy-ness. Being busy is not a sin. Just take some time to reflect, and make sure you are busy for the sake of God, and not just for the sake of being busy.
