Presentation transcript:

Backward mapping – planning template What is the name of the unit? (from your scope and sequence) What syllabus outcomes are you addressing? What knowledge skills and understanding will students need to achieve the goal? (for example key vocabulary, grammar and aspects of culture) What does a great example of this task look like? (marking criteria – include language from the syllabus content for the relevant outcomes) What is/are the learning goal/s? (What do you want students to understand, know and/or do by the end of the unit?) Learning experiences (teaching and learning activities and tasks) Which outcome/s will you assess? What is the task to measure success? (How will students demonstrate their achievement of the outcome/s? – assessment OF learning)
