Visioning Process Survey Conducted Visioning Meeting Tasks Assigned

Strategic Plan Out of the Visioning Meeting, came the Strategic Plan changes which included the changes to the previous plan. Much of the previous plan was left intact with some modifications with regards to Visioning and survey results.

Mission The mission of Rotary International is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Club Vision Our club’s vision is to be O’Fallon’s premier service club by working together, having fun, and positively changing our community and the world.

Goals & Responsibilities Committees Goals & Responsibilities

Club Administration President President-Elect Secretary Treasurer This committee will focus on activities that support and direct the club committees in addition to the day to day functioning and representation of the club Administration

Club Service The Club Service Committee focuses on strengthening fellowship and ensuring the effective functioning of the club operations.

Membership The role of the Club Membership Committee is to develop and implement an action plan to attract, engage, and retain members.

Public Relations The role of the Public Relations Committee is to inform the public about Rotary and promote our club's activities and service projects.

Vocational Service The Vocational Service Committee encourages Rotarians to serve others through their vocations and to practice high ethical standards.

Community Service The Community Service Committee is responsible for projects and activities the club undertakes to improve life in our community.

International Service The International Service Committee encompasses actions taken to expand Rotary’s humanitarian reach around the globe and to promote world understanding and peace.

Youth Service The Youth Service Committee recognizes the positive change implemented by youth and young adults through leadership development activities (RYLA, Rotaract, Interact), service projects, and creating international understanding through Rotary Youth Exchange.

Foundation The Rotary Foundation transforms your gifts into service projects that change lives both close to home and around the world.
