STANDARDS BE ABLE TO CONCISELY AND PROFESSIONALLY ORALLY DISSEMINATE THE INFORMATION WITH-IN THE EXAMPLE WARNING ORDER TO YOUR SUBORDINATES UTILIZING PROPER WARNING ORDER ( OPORD ) FORMAT, SO THAT THE MISSION IS COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD AND MEETS THE COMMANDERS INTENT.
