Sorin, Constantin & Angela Bazgan vs. Ion I. Basgan Jr. Law suit - File #26030/299/2009 Sorin, Constantin & Angela Bazgan vs. Ion I. Basgan Jr. Chronology January 6, 1998 - Ion I. Basgan Jr. (the first son of Ion Basgan) obtained a Certificate of “single heir”, ignoring and against the two other sons Constantin and Sorin Bazgan, as well as against the surviving wife of the inventor Ion Basgan, the widow Angela Bazgan. A controversy Notary has delivered this Heir Certificate #1, based on the false declaration of Ion I. Basgan Jr. March 25, 2009 - Ion I. Basgan Jr. asked an addendum to the existing Heir Certificate #1, in order to extend the inheritance to the intellectual property and to include the US and Rumanian Patents. This new Certificate of single heir #9 was once again, based on an other false declaration of Ion I. Basgan Jr. Dr Bazgan’s will was totally ignored by Ion I. Basgan Jr. and by the Notary.
