Training 101 : Accessing iBoomerang Tools Welcome to iBoomerang Training 101: My name is ____________! iBoomerang Back Office Log Into Your Back office by going to www.iboomerang.com and clicking on the my back office link. The back office is your home base for iBoomerang tools. To locate the iBoomerang Back office you can simply go to www.iboomerang.com and login through the back office link in the upper right corner of the home page. You can also go to myiboomerang.com to directly find the login page.

iBoomerang Back Office The login page will require a User ID and Password. Your iBoomerang user ID is generally always your first initial last name, your iBoomerang password is the unique password you created when you signed up for an iBoomerang account. If you forget your password or login you may click the Forgot password or Login and we will send you the information to the email address we have for you on file. Using your first initial last name and your iBoomerang password you can login to the Back Office.

The top area of your Back Office will display the welcome message along with current updates to our site. The Training Area provides links and info to learn more about your iBoomerang Tools Once Logged into the Back Office you will notice the Message center at the top of the page. This area will always have our welcome message and is also used to keep you updated on current news with your iBoomerang Tools. The training area to the left is where you can find resources such as the training calendar and various training documents.

My Account Information If you ever have questions, or need support with your tools, you can use the Help & Support area. Here you will see a picture of your representative with iBoomerang along with their contact information. The Support module will allow you to chat live with an iBoomerang rep online or submit a support ticket to our staff. In the “My Account Information” area You can sign up to become a rep with iBoomerang, so you can start saving money every month on your iBoomerang tools.
