Division 1 Athletic requirements: An athlete will have 4 year of eligibility in a 5 year period after high school graduation Division 1 Athletic requirements: Complete 16 NCAA core courses Earn at least a 2.3 GPA in your core courses Earn an SAT combined score or ACT sum score that matches your core – course GPA on the Division 1 sliding scale Division 2 Athletic requirements Earn at least a 2.0 GPA in your core courses Earn a composite of 820 score (math/verbal) for SAT and a sum score of 68 for ACT 8

Recruiting Timeline

Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center 9th and 10th Grade NCAA Core Courses Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center Begin reaching out to College Coaches Start attending college ID camps of schools you are interested in Visit Schools to see what you like Coaches cannot initiate contact at this point in time 10

Coaches can begin contacting potential student athletes Sept. 1st of Junior year Coaches can begin contacting potential student athletes Official and Unofficial Visits with Coach A prospective student athlete can contact a coach at any time or year in school 11

Get a copy of HS Transcript 12th Grade Retake SAT or ACT, if necessary Request final amateurism certification by April 1st Upload Final Transcripts/Test Scores NLI/LOA No Recruiting path is the same 12
