Two Tracts The Fellowship: A Fellow is typically 25-35 years old, experienced in ministry, pursuing vocational ministry, and seeking leadership opportunities—often includes people who are starting a second career or graduated from seminary The Residency: A Resident is typically 22-24 (just out of college), interested in vocational ministry, a leader of leaders in college who was entrusted with significant ministry responsibility SESSION 2 | THE WATERMARK INSTITUTE
