3. Timothy Fund
Timothy Funds are a way to grow the global church by equipping a called local leader with a $600 scholarship, or $50/month.

4. PAOC and PAONL have networks of 50 partner colleges worldwide, more than two thirds qualify to receive Timothy Funds.
Thousands of men and women desire to be fully equipped to pursue their ministry calling, yet many of them cannot afford tuition.
WHO

5. The Timothy Fund resources current and future leaders-in-training with $600 scholarships to offset the cost of tuition through a high-integrity process.
2016- we sent 264 scholarships to 33 colleges in 25 countries globally
2020- our goal is to equip 500 students annually in every corner of the world
WHAT

6. HOW
Our partner institutions submit an application form along with the selected students’ names, photos and testimonies and we do the rest!

7. One of the greatest needs of the global Church today is for prepared, purposeful and passionate leaders.
A recent study of theological training worldwide indicates that one of the most significant impacts that the global Church can have in spreading the gospel is to offer scholarships to students wishing to pursue ministry studies.

Why support leaders in training? 1.
Empowers passionate leaders around the world to be equipped for their calling by offsetting their tuition cost.
Strengthens our partner colleges by allowing them to set institutional budgets that include adequate student tuition so that these training facilities become financially independent. 2. 3.
Puts boots on the ground, often in contexts where Canadians would not be able to go.

Current Ministry: Belen works in Santa Monica Women’s Prison in Lima, ministering to the inmates through music. We are excited to see how her ministry grows upon her graduation in 2018!

12. Kasun in Sri Lanka Celebrating the Successes

Graduated: 2014
Current Ministry: Born to a Buddhist father and newly converted Christian mother who was not permitted to practice her faith. Despite the persecution, Kasun’s mother prayed every night for her son. He is now working in very impoverished areas of his country with the global Church’s next generation.

Graduated: 2017
Current Ministry: Tam operates a street ministry focused on people battling drug addiction and homelessness. On weekends, he works at his local church as a worship leader.

Current Ministry: Angélica works for Alpha and Omega Radio and Television in Mozambique which reaches across the Portuguese speaking world. The broadcasting station plays a variety of Christian music as well as evangelistic programs.
