Carmarthenshire's Projects Career Pathway Team- Entry to project, Career planning Next Step to Work- NEET Care Leavers, training and work placements within Council SA31 Café – Catering Training Establishment STEPs Training Projects – Grounds Maintenance, Catering, Craft, IT Training ARENA Supported Employment – Profound Disabilities Coleshill – Centre for Economic Inclusion Procured Service – Specialist Training and Employment Support Services Third Sector

Our Achievements So Far 126 participants enrolled. Career Pathway Team providing mentorship SA31 Café supporting 4 trainees every 12 weeks and selling high quality / healthy food. Gardening projects creating fresh produce for SA31 Café and work as part of the Councils Ground Maintenance Teams Young NEET Care Leavers are securing work placements within Carmarthenshire County Council. A number of small training enterprises are creating an income – under £50k per annum
