Operating Reliability Subcommittee (ORS) Resources Subcommittee (RS) Subcommittee Updates Operating Reliability Subcommittee (ORS) Working on an RC coordination document (could be of interest in WECC) Resources Subcommittee (RS) FERC issued its final rule on primary frequency response Final rule referenced Primary Frequency Control Guideline Event Analysis Subcommittee (EAS) Asked for two compliance guidance task forces TOP-001-4 R10.3 and R10.6 – Assigned to ORS – Non-BES data collection TOP-001-4 R20 and R23 – Data redundancy in control center and testing TOP-010 R3 – Data Quality task force will succeed the RTATF TOP-010 R13 task force Personnel Subcommittee (PS) Concern over ILA’s and keeping them current
