National Strategy for Swedish Libraries The Government has instructed the National Library of Sweden to draft a strategy to promote cooperation and quality development throughout the Swedish library system. National development programs The secretariat of the national strategy has pointed out four development programs: Digital skills development for all citizens The value of libraries – case study of school libraries Migration and lingual diversity The vocational role of librarians It is proposed that SEK 10.5 million be allocated 2019-04-09
