WELCOME CASC Human Resources welcomes you to student employee orientation Student employee orientation reviews your rights, responsibilities and expectations as an employee of CASC and the State Of Oklahoma. We also offer some helpful suggestions on workplace professionalism, work ethics, and general ideas to make your student employment a successful and rewarding experience. We ask that you carefully review each page presented.

TIMESHEETS All employees will be required to fill out an electronic timesheet. It is the responsibility of the employee to keep track and enter his/her hours correctly By signing my timesheet, I am verifying all hours and days recorded are the accurate and exact hours worked Please be sure to follow the instruction provided on the timesheet link For payroll questions contact Debbie Hunt, payroll coordinator, at (918)647- 1328 or dhunt@carlalbert.edu

STUDENT EMPLOYEE SUCCESS Always call your supervisor if you are going to be late or be absent for any reason Be punctual Discuss dress code with your supervisor Keep inappropriate language out of the workplace Office computers are for work, not posting status updates or surfing the web…adhere to CASC Computer Code of Conduct Keep accurate records of your work on a daily basis Treat staff and fellow students with respect, courtesy and tact Ask questions if you do not understand something Maintain confidentiality at all times
