Work with close supervision or within clearly defined operating procedures Assistant Role requiring developed knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or work experience, working within established procedures with moderate supervision Administrator, Tutor Experienced administrative role requiring specialized skills acquired through job related training or on-the-job experience with limited supervision Professional with limited work experience working under guidance on structured work assignment using existing procedures to solve standard problems Senior Administrator, Associate Analyst, Senior Tutor Qualifying or recently qualified professional working under a moderate level of guidance towards acquiring greater knowledge and experience in own discipline, processes, Pearson, and its customers Analyst, Teacher / Lecturer Experience and fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge of own area who works independently with minimal guidance to solve complex problems Entry level manager role which may supervise or be lead resource to colleagues with less experience Senior Analyst, Supervisor, Senior Teacher / Lecturer Specialist and/or middle management role; recognized technical authority within own area with depth and/or manages professionals or large operational teams.
