BMC Automation Portal Objectives A web portal to the BMC Bladelogic Automation product line targeted at the IT Operations Group The portal would facilitate the execution of day-to-day common tasks (such as: compliance, patching) in a prescriptive manner over distributed environments and multiple products. The portal users would require minimal knowledge of the underlying, greatly improving user experience. The portal would provide a broad view of the DCA inventory, enabling a subset of the product functionalities on the managed assets. The Portal would support BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management implementations by enabling service aware automation
