What is a creative curriculum? A creative curriculum is one that incorporates big ideas, varied and engaging activities, and a sense of continuity as a way to stimulate students, teachers, and even families

How is this timetabled?

What topics are covered?

How are these subjects taught? We believe that lessons should be creative, engaging and above all inspire the pupils while acquiring, developing and securing key skills set out by the New National Curriculum Share example flips

Planning effective over 3 weeks- planning WOW days, visitors and trips 3 Week Rotation Sessions blocked to allow children to fully immerse themselves in the learning Planning effective over 3 weeks- planning WOW days, visitors and trips Rich learning environments created based upon learning over the 3 week cycle

WOW days Once a term- *First day back- Whole day linked to exploring new topic in a fun and creative way Focus upon key skills

Use of topic grid- available on line Learning at home Use of topic grid- available on line Plan a special day out visiting a museum to gain knowledge prior to topic or after to embed learning Useful websites ..
