My Unit Plan Title Student’s Name EDU 521.0? Prof. R. Moroney Summer 2010

Title Page created on the “Wordle” Website and then a screen shot (print screen command and “c” for copy) was used to place the image on the title slide.

Introduction Here I may want to use my abstract to introduce my unit plan.

The Context of My Project Who are the participants? What grade or subject I am teaching? How many students are in my class? What experience does the group have with technology? What access does the group have to the various forms of technology? Will I be working alone, team teaching, or collaborating with a peer? Will I have an assistant? Where do the two detailed lessons fit in to my unit?

Aim of the Project What do I want the students to learn? How will they demonstrate that knowledge?

Justification Why am I using technology to meet my goals? How does technology support my curriculum?

Materials What will I and my students be using? Specifically. Textbooks, worksheets, supplies, hardware, software, Internet sites, etc.

Time Frame I may want to create an outline, table, or chart What is the overall length of my unit? How long is each specific lesson? Realistically.

Graphic Organizer Project Copied and pasted or exported as an image file (jpeg file format)

All NYS and ISTE Learning Standards covered within the unit What New York State Standard(s) and NETS for Students am I addressing? Specifically. I haven’t just listed the number, I wrote out the Standard (from my Inspiration project).

Filamentality Project Included a screen shot that is hyperlinked to your Hotlist.

2 Lesson Plans Including the following: 2 Lesson plans following the Molloy Lesson Plan Outline. Any student worksheets that might accompany each lesson. References and/or resources for each lesson. A Rubric to evaluation each lesson.

2 different forms of technology (1 per lesson) reflecting both student and teacher use of technology – make sure to use a SMART Notebook Activity as part of an lesson assessment or unit review + Adaptive or assistive technology in at least one lesson

My Final Project Presentation for the Class A Weebly website for my Unit Plan I didn’t forget my introduction (abstract) on my home page and my Navigation links for each section of content I included all relevant uploads, such as Word files, PowerPoint presentations, SMART Notebook activities, embedded videos, etc. I emailed my Weebly website address to Prof. Moroney As an oral and visual presentation utilizing technology (PowerPoint file on my USB drive) Ready to be uploaded and sent to my professor along with my two lesson plans on the appropriate page on my e-portfolio
