The Premium Technical Support technicians are all based in North America and provide service to your computer via a secure remote log-in session. It provides support for all their computer needs and the devices that interact with them. Gives customer 24/7 access to a U.S.-based certified technician. The plan is available for Mac and PC computers and includes help with maintenance, updates and software installation. A residential customer could cover up to 5 computers per subscription with this plan. The plan is a one year agreement and can stop those annoying pop-up messages and remove any viruses on the computer.

It will support all the business owner’s computer troubleshooting needs and can cover from 1-10 computers on one plan. This plan will help with maintenance, updates and software installation. It can stop annoying pop-up messages and can remove viruses. It give optional add-ons such as anti-virus software and/or data backup software. All service is with the U.S.-based technicians and the plans are for a 1 year period.

ACN Premium Technical Support has a plan to keep their business up and running with the Business Premier plan. It give the small business owner total peace of mind – with auto backup and anti-virus software. This plan is a 1 year service agreement period and covers up to 10 computers.

They will choose their state/province and click on the Computer Support image. (CLICK) They will arrive at the home page of ACN‘s Premium Technical Support pages. The customer can choose to watch the demonstration video here and when ready, click on the Shop Now button

ORDERING SHOP NOW Once at the online portal, customers can choose to learn about the residential plans or the business plans

ORDERING BUSINESS PLANS The customer will be able to view all the plans available to small business owners – showing a comparison between the 2 business plans.

ORDERING RESIDENTIAL PLANS Next, you will see that I have chosen to view the residential plan page on this slide … it includes a comparison between both of the residential plans. Helping the customer to pick exactly the plan that suits their needs best.

Complete Remote Plan Offering ORDERING RESIDENTIAL PLANS Complete Remote Plan Offering Let’s choose to learn more about the Complete Remote Residential Plan… once I click on this page… I am prompted to enter the number of computers that I wish to cover… when I choose Up to 3 Computers .. It will show me the monthly price… and this is where the customer will click to continue with their order for that plan covering up to 3 computers.

Create An Account The customer will arrive at a Shopping Cart where they can review their plan choice. If correct, they will click on the Checkout button. (CLICK) Taking them to the next signup page asking them to input their contact information. They will also create an ACN Premium Technical Support Account log in username and password. It will give them future access to an online account, which we call the My Account section, where they can schedule service appointments, update billing information and provide information on their computer and other devices. They will review and agree to the terms and conditions, enter the spam question/answer and hit Submit.
