Why are eating disorders bad? They are bad because of many reasons, they are life threating, you can become very ill. Irregular heart beat, dry skin, intolerance of the cold, dehydration, seizers, dizziness or fainting. It is so important to take care of our bodies, when we start eating irregularly or start cutting our bodies it is so dangerous, cause when we start doing something it can be very hard to stop. So we have to care of our bodies.

How to stop and eating disorder It can be very hard to quit a eating disorder, they don’t just go away over night. Here are some things to help Stop beating yourself up: Being self critical is not at all helpful, it does not help motivate you or help you in recovery. Being over critical of yourself can increase the amount of shame and negative emotions you experience. Always work to stay positive. Stop believing you aren’t worth the cause: Treatment and recovery from an eating disorder can be expensive and time-consuming. You are worth every penny. If money is an issue, talk to friends and other family member to help. If a family or friend had a eating I think you would want to help them. Stop losing hope: Eating disorders are a serious and sometimes fatal disease. However, they are treatable, and fully recoverable if possible. When you begin to lose hope you stop caring. You can get back into bad eating habits. When you start losing hope, talk to someone you trust or a therapist.

Why it is important to take care of your body By listening to our bodies and taking care of them, we can reach the sate of balanced inner harmony. Self- care is very important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, sometimes called self love. It produces positive feelings which improves confidence and self esteem too. Self care is important for your friends and family too. Unhealthy relationships come about when you don't take time for your needs
