What is a computer? A computer is an electronic device that: Manipulates information, or data.

What does a computer have the ability to do? It has the ability to: Store, Retrieve, and Process data.

Give me three examples of how we use a computer in our daily lives? 1) Surfing the internet ; 2) Playing computer games ; and 3) Sending an email to friends or families;

The use of a keyboard is what type of skill? A “motor” skill

Name three benefits to learning how to type? 1) Keep your eyes focused on your work; 2) You do not have to think about where the keys are; and 3) You can concentrate on your spelling and grammar.

Name three things people who type fast have in common? 1) They never look at the keyboard as they type; 2) They use all of their fingers; 3) They practice!!!
