CTS Student Branch Funding Opportunities 2013-2014 Academic Year Deliverable Due Date Notification Date Phase I written proposal to Section before midnight August 24, 2013 ---- Phase I oral PowerPoint slides to Section August 31, 2013* Phase I student oral presentation at CTS fall planning meeting September 7, 2013 Phase I funding to Branches o/b September 28, 2012 Phase II written proposal to Section October 19, 2013 Phase II funding to Branches o/b November 30, 2012 Oral presentation slides* to Section Earlier than 1 week prior to CTS spring meeting* Oral report on progress at CTS spring planning meeting** early 2014 date TBA Written report on accomplishments based on funding** Late May or early June date TBA Notes: Phase I: up to $1,000 per branch can be requested this year Phase II: competition for a total of $5,000 this year *Reimbursement up to $30 for meeting this deadline **A scored evaluation of this deliverable will be considered in evaluation of Phase I proposals next year.
