The Subject Record, consists… A list of all subjects (or learning areas) offered by the school, May create an unlimited number of subject-streams; May create an unlimited number of tests per subject, per class; Automatically generates percentages for each test, Automatically generates learner positions per subject, per class and per grade Allows for the test results to be locked-out, to prevent any alteration of the test- scores; 13

A Test-Record based on an Equation The School Assistant allows you to create a test-record whose test marks are computed based on a user-defined algebraic equation, The example below shows a test mark calculated as a sum of JUNE EXAMS (represented by E1) and TEST 2 (represented by T2). 14

Additional Services Report-Card – Development of your schools unique report-card is R1, 900 once-off. Data Conversion – Your existing school records can be converted into the School Assistant format for only R1, 400 once-off. This for an unlimited number of records from MS-Excel. The cost for all other formats will be quoted separately. 32

Additional Services, contd Onsite Support Services – We send someone to assist you with any software related problems you may be having. This is charged separately on an hourly basis. Onsite Training – An unlimited number of trainees may be trained on the software and charged a daily rate for it, where the school provides the facilities. 33
