What does that mean when Referring? Referrers will be able to see, and refer directly into, services that they are authorised to do so. Referrers will be able to see, but not refer directly into, services where they are not authorised to do so. Where a Referrer is unauthorised, services that are Restricted will be clearly marked in the Service Selection screen as Restricted. Clicking onto the Restricted hyperlink will give the user access to an alternative pathway to that service. Release 5.0 Functionality Support for Alternative Care Pathways - Referrers
