Tentative Schedule: Date: Friday, February 22, 2019 9:00 – 11:00 am (Kirsch Center – room 115) General Session  LOAC recipients (Kristin Skager – English Department & Reading Department) with focus on AB 705 and collaboration of two departments (9:00-9:15) Guided Pathways (9:15-11:00) 11:15 – 12:00 noon (Kirsch Center) Breakout sessions topics to include AB 705, Critical Thinking, Guided Pathways            12:00 – 1:00 pm (Fireside) Lunch   1:00 – 3:00 Classified and faculty working on Student Services and Instructional Program Review and/or assessments of outcomes.

SLO Assessment Form Steps - New Course ATTACH a sheet with the following information for EACH SLO statement on the course outline of record from ECMS. SLO Statement Anticipated Assessment Method Anticipated Quarter and Year of Assessment (within two years of effective quarter)

5-year Course Revision/Technical Revision SLO Assessment Form 5-year Course Revision/Technical Revision ATTACH documentation for the most recent assessment cycle for EACH SLO statement on the course outline of record from ECMS. The documentation should clearly indicate the following: • SLO Statement • Assessment Method Used • Quarter and Year Assessed • Summary of Data Collected • Enhancement Planning – An enhancement can come in the form of a change to the SLO statement, a change to the assessment method, or a change in the content or pedagogy used in the course itself.
