ISIS Faculty Self Service Sneak Peek New/enhanced Faculty Self Service functionality that will be released in December 2009: – Faculty Center (New) – Class Roster (Updates) – Grade Roster (Updates) – Advisor Center (New) – Advisement Report (New)

ISIS Faculty Self Service The Faculty Center The Faculty Center opens to the My Schedule tab. You can view your current semester schedule. You can also view another semester by clicking the change term button.

ISIS Faculty Self Service The Faculty Center You can access the Class Roster for a specific class by clicking the Class Roster icon ( ).

ISIS Faculty Self Service The Faculty Center The Grade Roster icon ( ) will appear next to a class if there is an existing Grade Roster. You can click this icon to access the Grade Roster.

ISIS Faculty Self Service Grade Roster The Download feature is located on the bottom of the Grade Roster – Student Grade section as a hyperlink.

ISIS Faculty Self Service Grade Roster The add this grade to selected students feature allows you to populate all selected students with the same grade.

ISIS Faculty Self Service Advisor Center The Student Center page displays the students key information, including Academics and Personal Information.

ISIS Faculty Self Service Interactive Advisement Report The Advisement Report displays the status of an advisees requirements. Expand and collapse sections to review details. Any requirements that have not been completed are identified as Not Satisfied. Courses listed in a requirement section can have a status of Taken, In Progress, or Planned.
