How are specific outcomes measured? What are our direct and indirect costs per outcome, by program? Do our fundraising strategies align with agency needs? Do all activities complement our core capabilities and expertise? How well do we perform compared to peers? Should we modify, outsource, or add services to enhance impacts? Does our organizational structure support implementing our strategic plan? Are the right people in the right roles? Which skills, trainings, and certifications will improve our performance? What does current capacity look like? Do current roles offer growth and development opportunities? Are there roles we need to create or revisit? Does our culture reflect our core values? Are our processes integrated well? Do processes ensure predictable outcomes? What controls are in place to reduce risk and exposure? Is improved technology warranted for measuring, fundraising, accounting, recruiting, training, and evaluating? Are our marketing efforts optimal? Are website and social media strategies increasing visibility and online donor support?
