Transport for Cape Town (TCT) The overarching principle that TCT has adopted in terms of service delivery is an investment and performance driven approach that is accountable, equitable and costed. TCT Constitution Bylaws, No 7208 of 2013 have been gazetted, a long term strategy- 15 year that gives effect to the Bylaws as well as beginning to address the service delivery issues is in place An Action Matrix to facilitate implementation is in place – Stormwater & Sustainability priorities to be aligned with the long term strategy.

Transport for Cape Town Transport for Cape Town (TCT) is responsible for the planning, design, costing, construction, maintenance, replacement, extension and upgrading of the City’s road network, the public transport network and public transport infrastructure, the stormwater network and stormwater infrastructure, and related facilities.
