Thriving Places Glasgow Community Planning Partnership-Single Outcome Agreement 10 year commitment to community empowerment/partnership working Making the most of community assets Organisations being willing and able to respond flexibly to local needs and change the way resources are allocated

Objectives ……..to co-ordinate and support the Community to maximise: it’s resilience, connectedness, independence and capacity to thrive it’s impact on local service delivery by co-ordinating and promoting collaboration between local partners, exploiting existing assets and direct engagement.
