Employment Partnership Program An adequate number of skilled workers An effective and efficient way to help people who want to work for you -- but aren’t currently qualified – to gain the training needed to become qualified An understanding of the programs, benefits and services your referrals will receive and how they will come back to you as stronger, more qualified applicants. What Do You Need? Employment Partnership Program

What Will We Do Together? EMPLOYERS TRI-COUNTY Refer via a standardized process Provide information about your needs to us (re: worker qualifications) Help promote Employment Partnership Open House events using materials we provide Provide initial and follow-up data (how many people came back, applied and were hired) Host Employment Partnership Open House events Create and provide referral materials for you Enroll students in appropriate credit or noncredit programs Provide scholarships (or refer to other sources for tuition assistance) Report data to you Help you connect with program completers (interviews, etc)
