Career Assessments One to one Coaching Résumé Critique and Interview Preparation Online Training and Certification Programs Workshops and Networking opportunities Training Scholarships demand driven system Business Services - understand business needs, match making Employment prep directly linked to articulated employer needs. empowered to get back to work quickly through immediate career preparation and placement, with a focus on strategies that directly link job-seekers to available employment opportunities. The AJC is the hub of CWP job-seeker programs CWP will improve alignment, coordination and co-enrollment between AJCs and other CWP programs and initiatives, including Jobs Funnel, Best Chance, Ready-to-Work/REACH, Healthcare and Manufacturing Sector Initiatives, and Opportunity Youth programs. CWP will retain, expand, and improve special initiatives targeted to job-seekers with barriers: individuals with disabilities, former offenders, individuals with low literacy or limited English, the long-term unemployed, public assistance recipients, people transitioning from homelessness, and out-of-school/out-of-work youth (Opportunity Youth). The AJC will provide job-seekers with: high quality and timely assessment and individual career planning short-term skill development opportunities support for navigation of career pathways through retention and career advancement services beginning shortly after placement The AJC will establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement The AJC will ensure effective use of public resources to achieve positive program outcomes maximize the use of technology for training and customer engagement and maximize resources allocated to serving WIOA enrolled customers
