Eloqua Plug-in Setup Procedure 7/31/2015
Installation The first step will be to go to the store and install the application: https://cloud.oracle.com/marketplace/faces/productHomePage?_adf.ctrl-state=2jcaai3ci_4 After installation, you will have the actions available in your action bar (You will see this later on in the process).
Create Campaign Now, navigate to your campaigns Next, create a new campaign or open an existing one.
Working with the Canvas Once you are on your campaign page, drag in a Segment Members item onto your canvas. After adding a Segment Members item to the canvas, click on Actions.
Working with the Canvas Now, drag a Service Objects Action Service onto your canvas. Next, link the two items on your canvas.
Working with the Canvas Right click on the Action Service and then click Configure. Give the Action a name and then click on the pencil icon. This will take you to our configuration page.
Setting up the Configuration To get to the configuration page, Login or Register an account on our AppCloud site.
Setting up the Configuration On the configuration page add the following details: Determine the license key type. Enter the license key. Add contact name the key was created for. Add contact email associated to the license key. Add contact phone. Then save the configuration.
Setting up the Configuration Now enter your Eloqua Credentials. They are the same ones you use at the Eloqua login page. Next you will be ready for field mapping.
Setting up the Configuration This is the last step. On this screen you will map your Eloqua fields to the Service Objects service fields.
