volunteer descriptions Easy! Easier! Easiest! Snack bar representative: Fall only. Help shop, stock and fill snack bar volunteers for home football and soccer games. 5 hours per week during season Membership: Sell booster cards at home games – mail booster cards when purchased online. 2 hours per week during season. Advertising: solicit sponsors for advertising and banners. 1 hour per week Coaches liaison: go to team parent meetings to recruit a parent to be the team liaison for boosters. 1 Hour per week Programs: Work with the advertising committee to put together athletic programs. 2 hours per week Golf tournament: organize a golf tournament. 2 hours per week leading up to tournament. Fundraising: put together a fundraising committee for events. Typically 1-2 events during the season. 4 hours per week leading up to event. New recruitment: facilitate flyers to recruit to booster members. 1 hour per week Graphic design: help to design flyers and advertising throughout the year. Works with new recruitment, fundraising and advertising. 1 hour per week Historian: keep the Montgomery booster legacy alive! 1 hour per week Title IX rep: review title ix policy and regulations. 4 hours total Communication: check booster emails and send out constant contact emails. 1 hour per month Social media: post photos and information on our social media accounts. 1 hour per month Apparel: help sell our online apparel to all teams. 1 hour per month Monthly donation chair: set up our monthly recurring donation program. 1 hour per month Scholarships: facilitate athletic scholarships at end of year. 4 hours total
