JOINTS Joints allow the bones to bend There is cartilage between every joint The three main kinds of joints are hinge, glide, and ball and socket Ball and socket are found the least Gliding is found the most

MUSCLES Muscles work in pairs Muscles allow your bones to move Muscles work by contracting There are over 600 muscles in the body!!! Without tendons your muscles wouldnt work

COORDINATION Coordination is all the things in the body working together A stimulus triggers a response The farther the body part is from the brain the longer time for the response to happen Why the time is longer is because the farther away the longer the massage must travel If you take one part away the body wouldnt work the same
