Grease+Gard II is the first approved Grease Recovery Device (GRD) that can be used on above-the-floor and in-floor grease interceptor applications. Grease+Gard II is also the first approved GRD application device that can also be used as a retrofit unit on most other manufacturers interceptors.

Belt technology along with a heater and timer. The belt cycles through the grease layer. Grease sticks to the belt. The skimmer blades wipe the grease off the belt. The grease goes off the skimmer blades and into the grease trough. The grease trough feeds the grease into the grease bucket where it is collected and removed daily to a barrel for proper disposal.
