General Information For Mexico In Mexico they speak Spanish. 81,250,000 people live there! The weather in Mexico is mostly Warm and Sunny during the year.

Mexican Celebrations and Traditions The celebrations that they have there are La Posada And Posada. During La Posada they take pictures of Mary and Joseph looking for a place to stay in. During Posada they give kids candles and a board and Painted clay figures of Mary riding a donkey and Joseph to process around streets with. Friends and neighbors sing a song.

Its about Mary and Joseph asking for a place to stay. Kids are told there is no room and to go away. Finally they are welcomed in. This all takes place on Dec.12 th to Jan.6 th.

The important people in Mexico are Jesus and the three kings. The three kings are important because they bring presents to Mexican kids. Jesus is important because he died for our sins.

The gifts they all receive are candy and toys for boys and girls like you ! They put their shoes outside on the window sill then, the three kings come and place presents inside the shoes.

The decorations they have are angels, flowers, moss, evergreens and paper lanterns.

The foods they enjoy are turkey, fruit, vegetables, en saladd navidina, beets, nuts, sugarcane, marshmallows, and cakes.

Did you know Mexico made the biggest angel in the world ?! Also not many believe In Santa there ! Yep!
