Teachers need to see themselves as life-long learners.

Teachers need support and encouragement to teach 21 st century skills.

Teachers need to embrace change, which is good, necessary and exciting.

Teachers need time to enjoy technology and learn through play.

Teachers need to see technologys role in the bigger picture of a 21 st century education.
