Learning Objectives Develop M&E Action Plan to assist in implementing the M&E Framework

Five Steps to Developing an M&E Plan Establish the M&E planning team and: 1.Identify information users and their needs (program stakeholders). 2.Align projects and activities with program goals. 3.Develop program conceptual framework. 4.Outline key M&E questions and indicators and create M&E framework. 5.Develop M&E action plans, including data collection and analysis, reporting and dissemination of findings.
