Capital Improvements Include Repairs to Sanitary System; Repairs to Storm Water Management System; Remove & Replace Roads, Curbs and Sidewalks; Replace Windows; Increase the Number of ADA Units; Install Radon Mitigation Systems; Install New Water Heaters; Remove & Replace Asphalt Roofs; Replace Exterior Front Doors; Replace Exterior Siding, Gutters and Fascia; Make ADA Compliant Updates to the Community Room.
