Central web services now focus on the conceptual aspects and assist the authors in creating user-friendly structures and content. Outstanding improvements in the quality of web content: consistent navigation and layout lead to a clear communication structure. Content has been widely extended Decentralized editorial responsabilities lead authors and product managers to take charge for their own content Data flows not yet optimal: introduction of centralized data warehouse will improve content delivery.
