HSE Tips for Site / Field Visit The objective of HSE Tips are to provide a proactive HSE measures required before, during and after visiting any Site / Fields A. Prior to Visiting Site / Visit 1. Plan your journey in advance (avoid night driving & respect the speed limits). Have key contact numbers on hand. 2. Inform Site- Representative / Contractor Site- Incharge about your visit. 3. Check the weather forecast/ condition before starting to Site / Field visit 4. Carry route map of the visiting location. 5. Ensure you carry valid gate passes for self and the vehicle. Mobiles without camera are only allowed in oil fields. 6. Carry mandatory PPEs like Safety Helmet, Coverall, Safety Shoes & Safety goggles. 7. Do not visit if under drowsy medication and make sure that you are not feeling sleepy. 8. Check vehicle condition and fuel storage. carry enough drinking water. Adjust driving to road conditions / obey traffic speed limits. 9. Where H2S Hazards are anticipated, ensure undergoing H2S awareness / carry H2S Awareness Training Card 10. Where H2S Hazards are anticipated, person having long beard/ moustache should have hood type escape set

HSE Tips for Site / Field Visit B. During the Site / Field Visits 1. Wear mandatory PPEs and ask for any additional PPE if required at the Site. 2. Park vehicle in reverse position at the designated parking area. 3. Proceed and register your name in the visitors log book at Site In-charge Office. Undergo Site HSE orientation & understand about the current operation/ site condition. Meet Site Representative, if available / Contractor Site In-charge and brief on the purpose of visit. 4. Physically verify the assembly point prior to proceeding with your Site / Field visit. 5. Do not use mobile phones while touring at Site / Field visit. Deposit your mobile at the Site Representative 6. If you are on any medication, please inform the site medic, if available 7. Use STOP/ Observation card to communicate any unsafe act/ condition. 8. Do not walk under suspended loads. Look around and stay clear of overhead activity. 9. Stay clear of high pressure line/ equipment 10. Maintain three point contact while climbing up/ down the stairways. 11. Always be accompanied with Site staff/ Field staff while moving at site and do not move alone. 12. Observe No smoking during site tour. Smoking allowed only at designated area. 13. Obey site safety rules and the safety signs posted at Site / Field locations. 14. No photography/ video are allowed. Any Photography / video coverage requires valid license and permit to work (PTW), which must be checked by Site In-charge. 15. Do not touch/ operate any equipment if you are not authorized to do so during the site/ field visit

Debrief Site Representative / Contractor Site In-charge about your visit observations/ feedback prior to leaving the site. 2. Sign off in the visitors log book at Representative / Contractor Site in-charge office. 3. Observe weather condition, check your vehicle and accordingly plan your return. 4.
