Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions How do hospitals know when I am ready to receive their data? Reporting Unit Coordinators will receive the nag when they log in, so it is important that you communicate with your membership that you have sent the request for data. The Coordinator has accepted the request for a snapshot, but has now informed me that they need to make changes. What do I tell them? Tell the Coordinator to go ahead and make the changes and wait for a new “nag” to answer the request. Then, delete the current data snapshot for the facility and generate a second (new) request. ©Lyon Software 2011
