Student Directions: This is the “Table of Contents” for your warm-up notebook. Cut out the box to the left and place on page 3 of your notebook. For the rest of the school year, you will be adding a warm-up activity to your notebook most every day. Please add each new activity to the table of contents. Be sure to number the pages of your notebook. Your teacher may ask you to add more than one table of contents in order to have enough room to complete the year.
