The Science Notebook Ms. Biavaschi’s Eighth Grade Science Class

Notebook Policies: Must be a composition book. Spirals get bent and can cause injuries, especially to me. Binders take up too much space.

Notebook Policies: Notebooks may be left in the room, but must be stored neatly, standing up, in the appropriate bin.

Notebook Policies: Leave notebook in the class every day. You will be entering things almost every day. You must keep up with it. If you are absent, get the make-up work from a friend or from the samples. You are responsible for the notebook’s contents, even if you were absent. The notebook is a big part of your grade.

Directions for setting up your notebook: Tape the class brochure inside the front cover, on the left side. This is the guide for policies in Ms. B’s class. Pay attention to it, as Ms. B will hold you to it!

Directions for setting up your notebook: Start numbering the pages. Odd numbers go on the right side pages. Even numbers go on the left side pages. Do not skip pages. Never tear pages out of your notebook; if you need a sheet of paper, get one from Ms. B.
