Ring Patterns You can change the way your phone rings with incoming calls, simply leave the handset on-hook then press the RING button. You will hear the first of eight ring patterns to hear the next ring press RING again. Once you have choosen the ring patter you like stop pressing the RING button and the phone will continue to ring two to three time with your ring pattern and then automatically select it.

Call Forwarding If you need to redirect your calls to another person in your office use call forwarding. Lift your hand set and enter *2 then enter the extension number where the call is to be sent and hang up. To cancel lift the handset and enter #2 then hang up. Please remember to inform the person you are forwarding your calls to.
