Answers Mineral water is the best beverage. Eat poultry than red meat. It is advisable to consume low-fat products such as fish or vegetables. Eat fish, especially saltwater fish which contain iodine. Consume less white bread. You can reduce risk of hypertension by eating less salt. Bite and chew consumed food carefully. Eat the last meal during the day at least 2 hours before bedtime.
